Kitchen is stocked with plates, pots and pans, standard appliances and more. There’s a fireplace for cooler evenings or setting a mood. Enjoy an HDTV with Wi-Fi and cable or step out into the spacious patio area where you will find a gas fire pit to take in the outdoors. Great area for fishing, golfing, boating, cycling, hiking, or head out to the entertainment area at Htoad or Shady Gators.
There is a community dock and parking for your trailer as well. You will find a private entrance and notice the lower level is for guests to enjoy the nice patio & firepit at your leisure. We do not have a washer or dryer but there is a nearby laundromat if needed. We are walking distance to H-toads or Shady Gators.
We are dog-friendly and will allow your fur baby to come along on your vacation. The pet fee is $50.00/visit additional. There is a Pet Agreement which will be completed after your reservation is booked.
Housekeeping Notes: We would like to assure you that all units are cleaned & disinfected thoroughly, and linens are washed in hot water and hospital quality detergent. We will leave a container of bleach water in the home for your convenience and health.
